Fees for Our Legal Services

Below are our average fee estimates for common types of immigration applications. These costs can vary based on your specific circumstances, including your current location, previous immigration history, timeliness of documentation, and the amount of supporting evidence required.

Factors to consider include Home Office processing times, potential interviews, and the possibility of your application being deferred for further consideration by a senior Caseworker at the Home Office.

The immigration rules in the UK are complex and frequently changing.

Value Added Tax (VAT)

VAT (if applicable), a 20% tax, is applicable to most products and services sold by VAT-registered businesses in the UK. The fees listed here do not include VAT, which you will incur in most cases.

All visa applications must be supported by the relevant documentation as per Home Office guidelines. Fixed Fee Arrangements

For many visa applications listed below, once we have reviewed your circumstances and confirmed your eligibility, we charge a fixed fee.
